3. SaigonDarlings.com does not monitor or control the use of its site by the members.  As such it is the member’s sole responsibility for the legality of your actions under all applicable laws and that SaigonDarlings.com is free from any liability for the actions of any of its members.
4. SaigonDarlings.com does not warrant the risks of dealing with internet users, particularly those that are based in other countries, underage persons or people under false pretence or those with criminal intent.
