Cebu Pacific Air
is a low-cost carrier headquartered in Pasay City, Manila, Philippines. Last February 16, 2001, Cebu Pacific Air announces its WorldPerks partnership with Northwest Airlines. Cebu Pacific is one of the most popular domestic airlines in the Philippines. Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila is its main base. Furthermore, it has a hub at Mactan-Cebu International Airport and Francisco Bangoy International Airport. It was founded first as Cebu Air and subsequently acquired by JG Summit Holdings. Furthermore, JG Summit Holdings wholly owned Cebu Pacific Air and is controlled by the Gokongwei family- one of the richest Filipino-Chinese families in the country. On August 26, 1988, the airline was established and started its operations on March 8, 1996. Cebu Pacific Air is one of the most famous domestic airlines in the country. By the end of 2001, it has grown its operations to about 80 daily flights to 18 domestic destinations.

Asian Spirit
is a domestic passenger airline that is based in Pasay City, Manila. is the second largest domestic airline in the Philippines. It was founded on February 13, 1995 and started its operations on February 01, 1996. Air Philippines is owned by Mr. Lucio Tan. Its main headquarter is in Subic Bay International Airport and with hub in Ninoy Aquino International Airport. It flies to 16 destinations. In addition, they have numerous local and international awards like being the Most Outstanding Airline.
