1. Ben Thanh Market- this market existed since the French occupation and it has long been one of Saigon’s well-known landmarks.  It is a big market in the city of Ho Chi Minh where you can buy everything from food, bags, clothing, gadgets, etc.  Furthermore, Ben Thanh Market is included in Patricia Schultz’s “1000 places to see before you die” so it is a MUST see place.  An important thing to remember when shopping at Ben Thanh is to bargain hard and bring a calculator for money conversion.

3. Saigon Square Shopping Center- it is a clean, new and contemporary shopping center in Ho Chi Minh that adds another step forward in modernization of Vietnam shopping hubs.  The price is right and the stocks and stuffs are good and chic.  It is located on the east of central post office and Notre Dame Cathedral in Ho Chi Minh City.
4. Dong Xuan Market- it is situated in the north of Hanoi’s Old Quarters.  This large three-story market is consisted of massive array of stalls with tons of workers that offer cheap but quality products and goods.  Dong Xuan Market is one of the busiest places in Hanoi, Vietnam.
5. Thang Long Silk- every corner of Thang Long Silk bursts with vibrant colors.  They sell excellent silks and embroidery whether for retail or wholesale.  Vietnamese sisters that darn multihued flowers onto lush silk run Thang Long Silk..
6. Mosaique- if you want to find antique products or home furnishings, then Mosaique is the right and best place to shop.  Their stocks are epitome of elegance and opulence wherein it is sold in a very affordable price.  It is located in the beautiful city of Hanoi.
7. Saigon Tourist Department Store- is located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City.  This five-storey edifice is the perfect place to enjoy shopping.  It is the biggest commercial center in downtown area of Ho Chi Minh.  It will give you the satisfaction that you deserve whilst shopping.
8. Diamond Plaza Center- a fantastic department store that you will keep coming back for more.  Diamond Plaza Center has a spacious area of 13,000 square meters.  It is a good place to chill and have fun as its entertainment center offers various recreational activities.
9. Lucky Plaza- is a relatively modern mini-mall with three floors that hold 24 attractive shops and 1 superb restaurant.  Everything is on affordable prices from toys, bags, watches, shoes, sports gear, etc.  The top floor is the Chinese restaurant with a medium range size that offers finest service and customary atmosphere. 
10. Song- since 1996, SONG displays posh designs by Valerie Gregori McKenzie, prominent French designer.  Travelers or visitors either locals or foreign benefit from local costs on plush outfit designs.  It is one of the best shops in Hanoi.
